Each tab provides details on topics such as booking agreements, payment and cancellation policies, hotel and cruise accommodations, tailor-made tour options, and legal terms. Please take a moment to read through these terms to understand the policies and procedures designed to make your journey safe, enjoyable, and seamless.

•  Contract & Agreement

By booking a tour with Sunrise Travel and Tours (referred to as “tour operator” or “organizer”), you agree to the terms outlined in this contract. This agreement supersedes any prior communications. If booking as a group, the group leader is responsible for sharing these terms with all members. Travel agents booking on behalf of clients must also share these terms. Failure to comply may result in automatic cancellation under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.


•  Traveler Responsibility

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate personal information. Incorrect details may incur additional charges. You agree to the Terms and Conditions by pre-booking and submitting a deposit. For phone bookings, travelers must confirm information via email within 14 days.


•  Reservation & Deposit

Reservations are confirmed upon receiving a non-refundable deposit and a completed registration form. Travelers may change the tour date once without additional fees if requested 365 days or more before the initial tour date.


•  Final Payment

Due 60 days before the tour begins. Failure to make timely payments results in automatic cancellation. Payment methods include credit card through PayPal or bank transfer, and all fees are the responsibility of the traveler.


•  Payment Terms & Disputes

By authorizing payments, you agree to the Terms, including the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Improper chargebacks may result in cancellation and legal action (this is an agreement).


•  Currency & Additional Costs

Prices are listed per person in USD, double occupancy. Single room requests incur an extra fee. Supplements and optional tours are added to the total cost. You will see this when you book your tour. 



-  45 days prior: Full refund, excluding domestic flights and hotel fees.
-  30 days prior: 50% refund, excluding domestic flights and hotel fees.
-  20 days or less: Non-refundable.

•  Cancellation Due to Force Majeure

No cancellation fees apply for cancellations due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). Travelers will be offered rescheduling or credit for future tours.


•  Refund Inquiries

Refund requests must be emailed within 30 days after the tour or cancellation. The tour operator will review inquiries within 30 days (or 60 days if further documentation is needed).


•  Hotel Check-In & Check-Out:

- Check-In: Typically 2:00 pm. Early check-in depends on availability; extra fees may apply.
- Check-Out: 12:00 pm. Late check-out is subject to availability, and fees may apply.

•  Cruise Check-In & Check-Out:

-  Customized Itineraries Custom tour requests must be sent to the tour operator in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the request.
-  Private Excursions Special requests for private excursions or individual guides must be emailed to the tour operator. Pricing will be provided based on the request.
-  Check-In: Generally 11:00 am. Early check-in may be possible for an additional charge.
-  Check-Out: 9:00 am. Extended use of cabins after check-out time may incur extra charges.

•  Special Requests

Requests for specific accommodations (e.g., wheelchair accessibility) must be sent via email for arrangement and pricing.


•  Customized Itineraries

Custom tour requests must be sent to the tour operator in advance. Additional fees may apply depending on the request.


•  Private Excursions

Special requests for private excursions or individual guides must be emailed to the tour operator. Pricing will be provided based on the request.


•  Jurisdiction

Any disputes will be settled in Egyptian courts. Travelers waive the right to participate in class actions or seek punitive damages.


•  Liability Limitations

The tour operator is not liable for any losses or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or government actions.


•  COVID-19 Waiver

Travelers acknowledge the risks of COVID-19 and agree to assume responsibility for understanding travel restrictions or requirements. Travelers release the tour operator from any claims arising due to COVID-19-related delays, cancellations, or requirements.


•  Photo & Video Use

The tour operator may take photos or videos for promotional purposes, with the traveler’s consent.
