Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Cairo - Gateway to Pharaohs Expedition

Your Voyage of the Pharaohs Expedition begins as you arrive in Cairo, where a Sunrise team member will greet you at the airport for your arrival process, hotel check-in, itinerary review, and other options. Spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring or relaxing as you prepare for the Heritage Experience ahead. Overnight

Day 2: Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum

Start the day with breakfast will be at your hotel in Cairo. You'll be met by your guide, who will accompany you to the Giza Plateau to visit one of the seven wonders of the ancient world: the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinus, the famous Sphinx, and the Valley temple facing the great statue.

Lunch: one of the restaurants on the plateau with a view of the pyramids.

Next, you’ll visit the newly opened Grand Egyptian Museum, showcasing thousands of artifacts, including all the treasures from King Tutankhamun’s tomb.

Then we'll return you to your hotel. Overnight

Day 3: Alexandria – The Pearl of the Mediterranean

Take a scenic drive to Alexandria, Egypt’s Mediterranean jewel. Visit the legendary Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa, the stunning Bibliotheca Alexandrina, and the Citadel of Qaitbay, built on the site of the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria. Stroll along the Corniche, enjoying the sea breeze and a delicious seafood lunch. Overnight

Day 4: Fly to Luxor – Begin Your Nile Journey

After breakfast, early flight to Luxor, hotel check-in, and relax before exploring the East Bank of Luxor, visiting the magnificent Karnak Temple and the illuminated Luxor Temple. Overnight
