The Gentle Breeze Dahabiya offers an exclusive and intimate experience sailing between Aswan and Luxor. This luxurious vessel combines modern elegance with the timeless charm of traditional Dahabiya boats. The Gentle Breeze accommodates up to 16 passengers in its 8 cabins, ensuring a serene and personalized journey. Guests are treated to breathtaking views of the Nile’s natural beauty while exploring hidden gems, remote villages, and iconic landmarks such as Kom Ombo Temple and the Valley of the Kings.

Itinerary

Our representative will pick you up from airport or hotel in Aswan to Dahabiya.

-Visit the world-famous High Dam, which was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s. It contains 18 times the material used in the Great Pyramid of Cheops.

A further highlight will be the motorboat ride to the romantic temple of Philae, dedicated to the Goddess Isis,

Possibility of Visit Abu Simbel Temple early morning (Optional Visit)

Sail toKom Ombo, where we explore the exceptional beautiful temple of Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and Sobek (Crocodile God). The temple was built with two symmetric entrances, halls and sanctuaries; it is the only double temple all over of Egypt.

- Our Dahebiya will sail right to the foot of this majestic mountain, where we will have the peaceful luxury of being the only boat to be docked in this area. We will visit the Temple of Horemheb

Breakfast on board then visit The Temple of Edfu which is very dramatic. It is dedicated to Idol Horus, the Idol of the sky whose eyes were the sun and the moon. He became equated with the king, and therefore the King was Horus manifest.

note: the Winter season for tourism in Egypt is typically between mid-October and April. During this time, temperatures are milder, making it comfortable for sightseeing in places like Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and along the Nile.

- The absolute peak periods are around the Christmas and New Year holidays (late December to early January) and during Easter. During these times, accommodations, cruises, and tours are often fully booked, and prices may be higher due to demand.
