This morning, your Dahabiya will arrive at Gebel el-Silsila, a historically significant quarry site. Explore the rock-cut Temple of Horemheb and the ancient sandstone quarries, and in the evening, we will have a wonderful barbecue on an island, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Afterward, enjoy a picturesque sail towards Aswan, soaking in the serene Nile scenery as you approach the city.
Today, arrive in Aswan, a vibrant city renowned for its beauty and Nubian culture. In the morning, visit the engineering marvel of the High Dam, the intriguing Unfinished Obelisk, and the majestically relocated Philae Temple on Agilkia Island. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing felucca ride around Elephantine Island or explore Aswan's lively local market. Today, arrive in Aswan, a vibrant city renowned for its beauty and Nubian culture. including the magnificent Temple of Philae, and High Dam. Return to the boat for a late lunch or dinner.
Sail to Kom Ombo, visit Temple of Kom Ombo, was dedicated to the crocodile Idol Sobek and the falcon Idol Horuswe explore the exceptional, beautiful Kom-Ombo temple of Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and Sobek (Crocodile Idol). The temple was built with two symmetric entrances, halls and sanctuaries; it is the only double temple all over of Egypt. After your visit, your Dahabiya will continue its leisurely sail North towards Luxor, enjoying the tranquility of the Nile.
